- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, beat the egg with the granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold the grated zucchini into the wet ingredients.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Toss the blueberries with the extra tablespoon of flour in a small bowl, then gently fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
