- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold the grated zucchini into the wet ingredients.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries being careful not to crush them.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
